A little trip down the rabbit hole…

 Hello.

I created these ATCs using the “The Christmas Tea Party” collection, featuring two of my favourite Wonderland characters — The White Rabbit and The Queen of Hearts.

I wanted to keep them quite simple and vintage, with torn paper, playing card motifs and layered elements to give each little card its own character. I really love how they turned out together as a pair.

The collection is available here

My Little Overthinking in Colour Bookmarks Dolls

Hello.

Today I’d love to share something a little more personal — a few of my own projects created with “Overthinking in Colour.”

I’m starting with these doll bookmarks. I had so much fun making them and giving each one her own little personality. I love projects like this because they let me play with colours, patterns and tiny details without overthinking everything.

They’re a little quirky, a little imperfect, and very much my kind of thing. I hope they make you smile as much as they made me smile while I was creating them.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

Hugs,

Karolina

Overthinking in Colour - Projects made by Alisa Howard

Hello.

Here is another card created with my “Overthinking in Colour” collection, this time by Alisa Howard.

I really love the bold, alternative feel of this one — the layered abstract background, strong character image and the phrases “punk soul / soft heart” and “music speaks when words can’t” work together perfectly.

A simple but very expressive project with so much personality.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

Karolina

“Overthinking in Colour” - Projects By Cindy Roland

Hello.

Here is another beautiful project by Cindy Roland, created using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

Cindy created this bold and expressive card full of layers, splashes, texture and little details. I especially love the combination of the black background with the bright pinks, turquoise and gold, and the large flower brings everything together beautifully.

The phrases “Not Normal” and “she dreamed beautiful dreams” fit the spirit of the collection perfectly and give the card so much personality.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

“Overthinking in Colour” - Projects By Sue Small-Kreider

Hello.

Today I’d love to share a few wonderful projects created by Sue Small-Kreider using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

I really enjoy seeing how Sue used the same papers in such different ways — from bold and colourful to much more minimal and graphic. Each project has its own character, while still keeping the spirit of the collection.

Colourful fold-out card

This bright fold-out card is full of energy, colour and little details. I love how Sue used the more playful side of the collection and added phrases that fit the whole mood perfectly.

Black and white card
A completely different look using the same collection. Sue kept this one mostly monochrome, creating a very clean and striking card with just a touch of softness from the ribbon.

Desk organiser /pen holder
I absolutely love this idea! Sue used scraps from the collection to create this colourful little desk organiser. A great example of how even smaller pieces of paper can be turned into something practical and fun.

The collection is available in my Etsy shop if you’d like to create something with it too.

Hugs,
Karola

Overthinking in Colour - Projects made by Smurf Murphy

 Hello everyone.

Today I’m sharing projects created by Smurf Murphy using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

And we’re starting with these fabulous ATCs! I absolutely love how Smurf used the bold black-and-white backgrounds together with pops of bright colour and strong, expressive characters.

The little phrases “overthinking in colour” and “cute but exhausted” fit the mood of the collection perfectly.

Another project made by Smurf is a folder with tags. I really like how she turned the papers and elements into something that is not only creative, but practical too. The tags add even more colour, texture and personality to the whole project.

Smurf also created this gorgeous card using the “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

I love the contrast between the black-and-white background and the bright pops of colour, especially around the camera and little flowers.

The sentiment “It’s better to take a risk than miss a moment of magic” finishes it off perfectly.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

Hugs,

Karolina
