Overthinking in Colour - Projects made by Smurf Murphy

 Hello everyone.

Today I’m sharing projects created by Smurf Murphy using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

And we’re starting with these fabulous ATCs! I absolutely love how Smurf used the bold black-and-white backgrounds together with pops of bright colour and strong, expressive characters.

The little phrases “overthinking in colour” and “cute but exhausted” fit the mood of the collection perfectly.

Another project made by Smurf is a folder with tags. I really like how she turned the papers and elements into something that is not only creative, but practical too. The tags add even more colour, texture and personality to the whole project.

Smurf also created this gorgeous card using the “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

I love the contrast between the black-and-white background and the bright pops of colour, especially around the camera and little flowers.

The sentiment “It’s better to take a risk than miss a moment of magic” finishes it off perfectly.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

Hugs,

Karolina

Overthinking in Colour - Project made By Sylvia Gałkowska

 Hello.

Sylvia created this amazing art journal page using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

I love how she mixed the bold red, black and white elements with fabric, stitching, a zip, safety pins, buttons and lots of little textured details. The phrases “stay weird” and “chaos is part of me” fit the whole mood perfectly and give the page so much personality.

Such a strong, expressive and wonderfully alternative interpretation of the collection. What do you think?

You can find the “Overthinking in Colour” collection in my Etsy shop

Overthinking in colour - Projects by Samantha Jane Laing

Hi.

Today I’d love to share beautiful projects created by Samanta using my “Overthinking in Colour” collection.

The first project is an LP card.

Another project made by Sam is an album

I really love seeing how different artists interpret the same papers in their own unique way, and Samanta has given this collection a completely different character.

I hope you enjoy her projects as much as I do.

If you’d like to create with “Overthinking in Colour” too, the collection is available in my Etsy shop.

Hugs,

Karolina

Overthinking in Colour collection

 Hi everyone!

You may not know this, but this year I created two collections.

Today I’d love to share a few projects made with the first one, “Overthinking in Colour.”

These beautiful creations were made by some amazing ladies who fell in love with the collection and brought it to life in their own wonderful ways.

Over the next few days, I’m planning to share more of their projects with you.

I hope you enjoy seeing them and that maybe some of you will be tempted to have “Overthinking in Colour” on your own craft desk too.   The collection is available at my Etsy shop

As the first project, I’d love to show you those beautiful creations by Karolina PytlarzYou can find her YouTube channel here and her Facebook page here

Karolina created these PCJs during a live session in one of the craft groups.

I absolutely love how she interpreted the papers and gave them her own style.

Sending lots of love!

A little festive ATC made with the gorgeous The Christmas Tea Party collection.

Hello.

I love how much detail is already included in these papers — the tags, holly, tiny festive treats and beautiful vintage-style elements make it so easy to build layers without needing to add too much. I just added a little texture, fibres and a few small embellishments to finish it off.

Such a fun little piece with that quirky Alice in Wonderland Christmas feel.

Karola

The Christmas Tea Party – Album Project | Part 2

 Hello.

You’ve already seen the box… so today it’s finally time to open it and take a look inside the album!

The whole project was created using The Christmas Tea Party collection, and I had so much fun filling the album with pockets, tags, layered pages and lots of little places ready for photos, journaling and Christmas memories.

I really love the combination of the traditional Christmas reds and greens with those beautiful turquoise details and the slightly whimsical Alice-inspired characters.

There’s something different waiting behind almost every page!

Swipe through the photos to have a little peek inside.
